Stress-Less Together is the new group title of the private Facebook group led by Certified Coach Mariam Bennouna, redesigned for sharing simple and efficient ways to reduce stress. It is a space for any person who has the willingness to take back control of their life. In this space, stress doesn’t obey to the law of gravity, which makes it get lighter and become more manageable.


Stress-Less Together is a platform where you can improve your relationship with stress. It provides opportunities to learn how to turn stress to your advantage, and find effective strategies to reduce it. The group is an interactive forum where you can both seek advice to reduce your stress and also provide advice to help others manage their stress.

Our hectic lives often increase our stress levels.

It's a platform where you can learn from others, share your experiences, and find ways to manage and reduce stress in your everyday life.

It's not just about listening to a coach - it's about interaction, learning from each other, and supporting one another. It's about making stress less intimidating, and more of a challenge that we can conquer together.


This group led by Mariam Bennouna, a Certified Master Life Coach reflects her approach centered on the belief that stress can be managed and reduced through simple and efficient strategies. Terms & Conditions of LET'S TALK program:
1. Eligibility
· To be eligible for the LET'S TALK program, you must be 18 years of age or older.
· You must have a valid email address and be able to access a computer or mobile device with an internet connection.
· You can only book a LETS TALK session once.
2. Scheduling and Cancellation
· Sessions are available every Tuesday and Thursday from 10am to 11am.
· Sessions must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance.
· If you need to cancel your session, you must do so at least 24 hours in advance. If you cancel your session less than 24 hours in advance, you will not be able to reschedule your session for free.
· If you book a session and you don't show up, you will not be given a chance to rebook another session.
3. Confidentiality
· All sessions are completely confidential. I will not share any information about our sessions with anyone else without your permission.
4. Disclaimer
· I am not a licensed therapist or counselor. The LET'S TALK program is not intended to be a substitute for professional therapy or counseling.
· I do not offer any guarantees or promises about the outcome of our sessions. The results of our sessions will depend on your individual commitment and effort.
