Try one of the free online Mindfulness classes, where you'll learn practical techniques to:

  • Reduce stress and anxiety

  • Improve focus and concentration

  • Enhance your overall well-being

I offer both online group and individual classes to fit your preference.

  • The wheel of awareness: Running everyday from Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 9:30 am, this is a Mindfulness individual online class to help you expand your awareness from yourself (being aware of your internal experiences) to your outer world (being aware of your external experiences)

  • Leaves on a stream: Running every Wednesday at 8 pm, this is a Mindfulness group online class to help you develop the ability to let go of problematic thoughts through practicing cognitive defusion.

  • The eye of the hurricane: Running every Thursday at 8 pm, this is a Mindfulness group online class to help you connect to a place of inner peace and calm, by learning how to become an observer with a sense of calm and clarity despite surrounding conditions.
