LET’S TALK is a new online program designed to offer everyone the accessibility to talk to a Certified Master Life Coach for free.

 

Every Tuesday and Thursday from 10am to 11am GMT, I’m available to talk directly to anyone who is feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or just needs someone to talk to.

 

I know that life can be tough sometimes, and it's easy to feel like you're all alone. But I'm here to tell you that you're not alone.

 

I'm here to help you work through whatever is keeping you awake at night.

During our session, we'll talk about your goals, your challenges, and your dreams.

 

We'll explore your strengths and weaknesses, and we'll come up with a plan to help you move forward.

To manage your expectations correctly, I'm not here to tell you what to do. I'm here to help you figure out what you want to do and how to get there.

These sessions are completely confidential, so you can feel safe talking to me about anything that keeps you awake at night.

 

I've been a coach for some years, and I've helped people with all sorts of challenges, including:

  • Career changes

  • Relationship problems

  • Stress and Anxiety

  • Lack of self-confidence

  • Procrastination

  • Issues with work-life balance

How to book a session?

  1. Book by clicking the button below at the bottom of this screen and provide your name, contact information, and the date and time that you are available for a session.

  2. I will contact you to confirm your appointment.

To be fair to everyone and to avoid misuse of this program, I reserve the right to refuse any new bookings you may wish to make in the future, if you book and do not show up.

1. Eligibility

  • To be eligible for the LET'S TALK program, you must be 18 years of age or older.

  • You must have a valid email address and be able to access a computer or mobile device with an internet connection.

  • You can only book a LETS TALK session once.

  • 2. Scheduling and Cancellation

  • Sessions are available every Tuesday and Thursday from 10 am to 11am GMT.

  • Sessions must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance.

  • If you need to cancel your session, you must do so at least 24 hours in advance. If you cancel your session less than 24 hours in advance, you will not be able to reschedule your session for free.

  • If you book a session and you don't show up, you will not be given a chance to rebook another session.

  • 3. Confidentiality

  • All sessions are completely confidential. I will not share any information about our sessions with anyone else without your permission.

  • 4. Disclaimer

  • I am not a licensed therapist or counselor. The LET'S TALK program is not intended to be a substitute for professional therapy or counseling.

  • I do not offer any guarantees or promises about the outcome of our sessions. The results of our sessions will depend on your individual commitment and effort.
