My worst Parkinson symptoms are Cramps, Unvoluntary Movements and Stiffness in my right arm and leg!

Updated: Dec 22, 2022

Suffering from Young Onset Parkinson disease since I was 28, it was a turning point in my life. But thanks to my positive attitude and my resilience, I learnt to adapt and live my life to the fullest!

In my worst conditions, I suffer from Cramps, Stiffness and Unvoluntary Movements, as you can see me in this video. But these don't last more than a few minutes, once or twice a day!

Across my Parkinson journey, I came to understand 3 important things that helped me manage my symptoms while enjoying my life as everyone else does:

1. Parkinson’s is not a death sentence. All I have to do is managing my symptoms using the personalized medical approach defined by my neurologist.

2. Living with Parkinson is not a limit, quite the contrary. Thanks to it, I have discovered amazing talents I was never aware of. I’ll talk about those in my next post.

3. My mental strength and positive mindset helped me convert my weakness into a source of motivation and strength.

Share with me your worst Parkinson symptoms here and let me help you managing them!
