This email is 3rd of a series of 8 emails I will send you regarding How and When a Life Coach can help.
So, when should you consider hiring a Life Coach? Well, there are 8 situations that should give you some sort of a red flag that it’s now the right moment. And I’m not trying just to convince you to hire a Life Coach here, I’d like you to be fully aware of what the goal and the result of hiring a Life Coach would have as an impact on your life.
So let’s dive into Situation#3 for today that is about:
You believe you are not good enough For example:
· You work hard but you always think you need to work harder to get promoted.
· You constantly do concessions to keep your relationship alive, but you always think that you need to do more to deserve staying into it.
· You think you are not good enough for someone, for a job position, for buying something or claiming a status.
What should be the GOAL of your life coaching:
1. You want your Life Coach to help you stop dwelling on the past, by processing your olds beliefs and ideas in a way that will set you free to move forward.
2. You want your Life Coach to empower you to let go of past experiences that limit and prevent you from moving forward in life and toward your goals.
What RESULT would you expect from your life coaching:
· You will regain confidence in yourself.
· You will value your ideas and principles.
· You will learn when it is enough to give to others, and when you should start asking for a return from them.
