As a Certified Life Coach, I have specialized in a more holistic approach to coaching than traditional life coaching, called Transformational Life Coaching. The reason why I have naturally adopted this approach is because it takes into account the client's thoughts, feelings, beliefs, and behaviors.


What is it?

Transformational life coaching is a type of coaching that focuses on helping clients achieve significant and lasting change in their lives. It is a process that helps clients to identify their goals, develop a plan to achieve those goals, and overcome any challenges that they may face along the way.

When I'm coaching my clients, many of them wonder how I can transform their lives. I simply tell them ''I'm not a magician, I'm a Coach. I'm not the one to transform anything in you. Neither you by the way! Unless you understand 1 KEY FORMULA that says: TRANSFORMATION = LEARNING + CHANGE ''



Let me explain this further...

As a Transformational Life Coach, I work with clients to get them identify their own goals, understand their limiting beliefs, and develop their own plan for change. If there is no change, there can be no transformation.


Regarding the learning, I use a variety of techniques that help my clients learn so much about themselves during the sessions, including :

  • Goal setting techniques to help them identify their goals and develop a plan to achieve them.

  • Problem-solving techniques to help them identify and solve the problems that are preventing them from achieving their goals.

  • Motivational techniques to help them stay motivated and focused on their goals.

  • Support skills to provide them with an encouraging platform as they work to achieve their goals.

  • Visualization techniques to allow them to perceive more precisely what success means for them in the future.

  • Accountability techniques to hold them accountable for their actions, in order to ensure they stay on track and make progress towards their goals.

  • Questioning techniques to push them to explore their thoughts, feelings, and beliefs in order to gain a deeper understanding of themselves and their situation.

  • Empowerment skills to allow them to take control of their lives based on their new positive self-image, their improved self-confidence, and their stronger belief in their ability to achieve their goals.

Transformational coaching can be helpful for people who are struggling with a variety of issues, including (this is not an exhaustive list):

  • An increase in your well-being status because you will be able to identify clearly what makes you happy, and to integrate that in your future plans.
