  • Online video call on Google Meet

  • Cancellation no later than 12 hours before class starts.

  • 1 class allowed per client, unless the coach allows for more

This is a Mindfulness individual online class to help you expand your awareness from yourself (being aware of your internal experiences) to your outer world (being aware of your external experiences)
