The wheel of awareness: Running everyday from Monday to Friday from 9:00 too 9:30 am , this is a Mindfulness individual online class to help you expand your awareness from yourself (being aware of your internal experiences) to your outer world (being aware of your external experiences)

Leaves on a stream: Running every Wednesday at 8 pm , this is a Mindfulness group online class to help you develop the ability to let go of problematic thoughts through practicing cognitive defusion.

The eye of the hurricane: Running every Thursday at 8 pm , this is a Mindfulness group online class to help you connect to a place of inner peace and calm, by learning how to become an observer with a sense of calm and clarity despite surrounding conditions.
